Terms of Use

By using the RentMyStudio app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. What RentMyStudio is

RentMyStudio is a discovery platform that connects renters with studio owners. We list studios and enable direct contact — we are not a party to bookings, payments between renters and owners, or studio sessions.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid phone number for OTP login.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. For renters

• Browsing and calling studios is free.
• Bookings, pricing, and payments are arranged directly with the studio owner.
• Reviews must be honest and not abusive, misleading, or defamatory.

4. For studio owners

• You may submit a listing for free. Payment is required only after admin approval to go live.
• You must provide accurate studio information, photos you have rights to use, and valid contact details.
• Listing plans are billed monthly or quarterly as shown in the app. When a plan expires, listings are paused until renewed.
• We may reject, edit, pause, or remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Payments

Owner subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion — contact rentstudios9@gmail.com.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not: post false listings; harass users; scrape or reverse-engineer the app; upload malware; impersonate others; or use the platform for illegal activity.

7. Intellectual property

RentMyStudio name, logo, and app design are ours. You retain rights to content you upload but grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee studio availability, quality, or safety. Use studios at your own risk. We are not liable for disputes between renters and owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentMyStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of India.
